CADICommunity Access for Disability Inclusion
For adults with disabilities who need the level of care a nursing facility would give, but want to live in the community instead.
With us, that means 24-hour customized living in a residential home, with help for daily routines, medications and appointments.
BIBrain Injury waiver
For adults with an acquired or traumatic brain injury who need support with daily living, structure and safety.
We keep routines consistent and predictable, and work closely with the person's case manager and therapists.
DDDevelopmental Disabilities waiver
For adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities who want a home setting with staff available around the clock.
Care plans focus on independence skills, community activities and the things each person enjoys.
EW/ACElderly Waiver and Alternative Care
For older adults who need help to keep living safely outside a nursing home.
We provide assisted living support with personal care, medication help and supervision, in a calm home environment.
Life in our homes
Our customized and assisted living homes are small, comfortable and staffed 24 hours a day. Each resident has a care plan made with them and their team.
Personal care
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and daily routines, at each person's pace.
Medication support
Trained staff manage medication schedules and watch for changes in health.
In-home support
For people who live on their own, we can provide support in their home instead.
Community life
Help getting to appointments, outings and activities, so home isn't the only place residents go.
